A concerned mom recently used her social media account to warn everyone about the HFMD or the Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease that could make your children suffer.
Using her Facebook account, Madelyn Bercasio Gurango, a horrified mom, shared how her son Clark ended up with HFMD.
According to her lengthy post, they came home from a monthly checkup and since the results were pretty good, she decided to give Clark a reward – malling!

She brought Clark to the mall and decided to let him enjoy in a playhouse. Clark sure had fun, knowing that there were other children whom he played with.
However, the following day, Gurango was at work when her mom called her, telling her that her son has a high fever. She immediately went home and there she saw her son vomiting. She took care of her son the whole night. Assuming that her son would feel better, she decided to go to work the next day, but to her surprise, her mom once again called and told her that rashes started to spread from Clark’s foot up to his mouth.

Gurango rushed Clark to the hospital, only to find out that her son is suffering from a disease called the HFMD or the Hand, Foot, Mouth Disease.
Gurango believes that her son got infected when she brought him to the playhouse where he got exposed.
Given what happened to her son, Gurango raised awareness about HFMD and advised moms not to bring their children to crowded places.

Meanwhile, the WebMD also shared some tips on how they could prevent their children from getting infected by the Hand, foot, and mouth disease.
